Preparing a location for your spa:

Foundation Requirements
If your are placing your spa onto a cement slab, the minimum depth is approx. 4"- 5" reinforced with rebar to help reduce any cracking in the cement slab due to the weight of the spa, water and people. THE PAD MUST BE LEVEL.

Optional Site Preparations
Your Aruba Spa will weigh over 4,000 lbs. when filled with water. If you are using anything other than a cement foundation, it's important to get load capability information to avoid damaging your spa and potentially voiding your warranty.

 Placement of the Spa
When it comes time to move the spa into your backyard, clear a pathway wider than the spa (8' wide for flat install or 42" wide with spa on its side) will make for easy movement. Remove all forms of obstructions.

Electrical Requirements
Your new Escape, Breeze or Seranade  requires 220 volt / 50 amp electrical service to operate. You will need 6AWG wire and the a 50 Amp GFCI breaker to meet code, safety and warranty requirements. Your new Delight requires 110 volt / 20 amp electrical service to operate.  You will need a 20 Amp GFCI breaker to meet code.  Check with the electrical codes in your area.
